The Listening Test 3 and Last Class - On 18th September 2013

Assalamualaikum to Our lecturer Mrs.Zue and beloved classmate.

Today is the last test of listening and also last class for ELC120.

The class was started with Basmallah and surah Al-fatihah. After that, Mrs. Zue ask to us today is the listening test 3. She want all of their student score it. After the listening test 3 was ended, Mrs. Zue return to us the second test paper. I was score 5.5/10 on test 2. I feel so down. I hope this carry mark can help me to get a better pointer in semester 1. Before the class ended, Mrs. Zue said good luck to all of us and if anyone have any problem about this subject can see her on her room. In addition, Mrs. Zue also ask that we need to submit the Port Folio tomorrow at Speaker Corner. I hope that i will get a flying colours in result. Furthermore, I want to apologize to Mrs. zue if I made ​​many mistakes and always make gentlemen angry in class and hope that you will direct the education provided and wish me success in final exam. I will miss you Mrs. Zue. Thanks for all.

Learn Some Tips Before Our Final Exam. - On 12th September 2013

ASSALAMUALAIKUM....

Today class we just learn and refresh about how to answers the final exam question. Mrs.Zue always give some tips and advise to us in the class, because she want we get a better and score in final exam. 

This is our guideline that are given by Mrs. Zue,

1- SCANNING

- Scan the text based on questions are given

2- SCHEMING

- Looking the main idea and topic sentences

 in the text

3- REFERENCE WORDS

- Identify wheather that words is singular or

plural, read the impossible words should

be replaced in the sentences

4- CONTEXTUAL CLUES

- Read and understand whole the paragraph

and choose its another meaning, also

identify wheather positive or negative

word

5-SUMMARIZE INFORMATION

- Take only main point

    In addition, next week is the last day before the final exam start. I feel so fear to count day by day until the final exam coming. Hope i will do the best on the final exam. That all for this post today. Good luck to all beloved friend.:D. 

Listening practice for Next Test 3. - On 11 September 2013

Assalamualaikum beloved readers...

Today we have class on Block CLL3, Computer Lab. Today i come early into the class because i do not want make Mrs. Zue angry in the morning. The class was started. Today we need to did a listening practice for test 3 next week. We are given some handout exercises to answers the all question. We need to hear carefully to the audio that has conversation of people about some topic to find the answers through the computer speaker in the lab. After the listening practice ended, we are need to change the paper with friend to check the answers. After finish checking the answers, Mrs. Zue ask to us who gets the highest score ?. The highest score for this practice listening test is only get 11 from 15. Because of that, Mrs. Zue sound feel like very disappointed with that score. Im sorry Mrs. Zue, because on that day i feel so blur and not clear hearing the audio. In this listening practice, i was score 10.5 form 15. I also feel disappointed with my performance today. I hope that, The real listening test 3 i will score and can hear the audio carefully to find the answers. That all for class today. Thanks to Mrs. Zue for today. See you guys on the next class. :D

"BE THE BEST, BEAT THE BEST"

The Rest of Group Member did the Group discussion test. - On 5th September 2013

Assalamualaikum readers, we see again on this post. 

     Today is thursday, the rest of group must did their group discussion test. So, the group who had undergone a test yesterday, they do not need to attend the class on this day. I one of the 3 group that had undergone a test yesterday, so that i do not need to came on the class today. Thus, i take the initiative to sleep well and wake up on 9 a.m. So, Good luck to other group who have a group discussion test today. Best of luck to all off you.

The Group discussion Week. - on 4th September 2013

Real Group Discussion Test

  Today i wake up early from the sleep because today has a real group discussion test for my group, so that my group must attend early to the class today. I hope that, my group member and i can speak very well when the test begins. Because of that, i quickly decided to read the tips that Mrs. Zue gave to me. After the group 2 ended the test, Mrs.Zue were called my group team to come into the class to starting the group discussion. Before we enter into the lab, we feel very nervous and talk each other that we can do our best for this test today. After that, Mrs. Zue to me ask some instruction when the test in progress. The test was started, on that time i feel very nervous because really im not good in english form primary school. But, i try my best to beat my nervous to get a better score for this test. 40 minute before the test ended, we are need to make a conclusion about the topic. After that, the test were ended. Suddently, I looked at Mrs. zue, and his facial reactions seem to favor of my group. I hope that, Mrs. Zue can give a highest score to my group team and a big thanks to our team Hazirah Yunos, Amira jaffar and Rahayu Ghafar because all of us give high commitment in group. Hope that we will success in Final exam. Good Luck !. That all for today. See you again on next post.

The Day on the campus has electrical disruption. - on 28th August 2013

Assalamualaikum and Hi to our loyal readers....

          Today is wednesday, the class of ELC120 is started on 9.00 a.m. I come late 5 minutes after the class start. When i arrive into the Lab, i noticed that the lab does not have electric current because the lab door were open widely. The class was started. Mrs. Zue start the lesson with tought about the test and she gave us a some of the tips for the group discussion tet next week. But, Mrs. Zue gave us explanation so fast but were understand about what she talking about. 

     We feel so hot because there were no windows at the lab and only depend on a small door to hope wind on outside entered into the lab. Then Mrs.Zue also give us a piece of paper and asking us to remember for our team members in group discussion. Before 10 minute the class ended, the electric current was suddently "ON" and on that time we feel so happy and thanks to Allah. Alhamdulillah. Today class was ended early. That all for today, see you guys on next class.

Make a practice before the Real test group Discussion.

     As common everyone know on every Thursday we were asked need to carry out activities in a group discussion or called "Role Play". The reason why Mrs. Zue do like this is we can be more confident to did the presentation. So that, on every Thursday I'll be ready with a words that can be used in every group discussion. Before the group discussion begins, Mrs. Zue explain how to perform in the group and about the group discussion test next week. After a several minutes, we are divided into 8 group and each group has 3 and 4 members. I in group 3 and my members group is included Hazira yunos, Rahayu Ghafar and Amirah Jaffar. Miss Zu give a piece of paper to all of us. She give an example questions and let we discuss in the groups how to perform it well. The aim of this practice is just want to show how to act in the group discussion before the real test started. 

   On this group discussion, we are given 5 minute to elaborate the point, 10 minute to discuss about the point and 40 second before the discussion ended we need to make a conclusion about the topic discuss. Hazira Kamsan group member are chosen by Mrs. Zue to come front of the class and did the group discussion test. Their group are did a little bit better. After the Hazira group members are ended their group discussion, Mrs. Zue explains to all of us how to scoring in this test. I hope that my group team member will be perform better in the real discussion group test next week. Thanks to all commitment in our group.  All the best you all. See you on the next class.
